Director of Sales – North America

Firefly.ai’s B2B platform leverages the power of artificial intelligence to easily create and simplify predictive models that provide powerful insights and helps clients reach and exceed business objectives.

We are looking for a high-energy, dynamic Director of Sales to build up our local sales activities in North America and drive new sales of our AI predictive analytics SaaS platform.

You will play a significant role sourcing new clients, demonstrating our solution to potential prospects and lead the entire sales process. Additionally, you will work with the senior leadership to define GTM strategy, execute key initiatives to ensure revenue growth in your region.

So what will your days at Firefly.ai entail?

  • Establish our local sales activities in North America and accelerate revenue growth in your designated region
  • Build a pipeline of new name clients: qualify, develop and close new named accounts
  • Present the value propositions of Firefly.ai to key decision makers, including C-level, through product demos remotely and onsite
  • Quickly understand the customer’s business needs in order to translate them into actionable use cases
  • Lead commercial enterprise negotiations
  • Participate in conferences and marketing events as needed

Does this describe you?

  • 5+ years experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability to close business deals and exceed targets consistently
  • Exceptional ability to quickly build a prospect pipeline and create/expand existing networks
  • Excellent presentation, communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, able to accurately forecast and manage your pipeline
  • A natural ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to optimize for company outcomes
  • Able to travel as needed.
