Sales Manager – IL

Firefly.ai’s B2B platform leverages the power of artificial intelligence to easily create and simplify predictive models that provide powerful insights and helps clients reach and exceed business objectives.

We’re looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager/Account Executive to facilitate the sales process for our platform, acquire new qualified leads, and bring deals to a close.

You will play a significant role in demonstrating the business impact of predictive insights to potential clients, generating interest from prospects, and managing the sales process until closure.

So what will your days at Firefly.ai entail?

●    Manage the full sales cycle, from prospect use case discovery to commercial negotiations and contracts

●    Identify new business opportunities and increase the number of qualified leads

●    Build strong and effective relationships with clients, resulting in growth opportunities

●    Work closely with our account management team to achieve customer satisfaction

●    Work with the marketing team to conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related events

●    Present the value propositions of Firefly.ai to key decision makers through product demos, remotely and onsite

●    Lead commercial enterprise negotiations

Does this describe you?

●    Minimum 2 years experience in B2B SaaS sales with experience in hunting for new business

●    Experience with BI and data analytics/ predictive analytics/ data science/ machine learning

●    Proven to over exceed your sales goals

●    Excellent presentation, communication, writing and interpersonal skills

●    Well organized, able to accurately forecast and manage your pipeline

●    A closer – you are results driven, comfortable with complex negotiations and love closing deals with enterprises

●    Experience selling to retail and e-commerce

●    Experience with Salesforce CRM

●    Highly skilled at handling objections and building trust in relationships
